Mira Quién Baila, Univision’s Spanish-language version of “Dancing With the Stars,” turns to Megaphone TV to power their live interactive vote. Each week, the judges of the hit dancing competition leave two contestants exposed to elimination. At the end of the show, fans are directed to Univision Conecta (powered by Megaphone), where they are given ten votes to decide which contestant should be eliminated the following week.
MQB uses an enhanced version of Megaphone which allows for the following:
-
Viewers vote up to 10 times during a 24 hour period
-
Viewers select their choice, then click the “Vota Aqui” banner below to submit their vote and vote again
-
Ballot stuffing is prevented by IP monitoring on Megaphone’s side and a geo-locked voting page on Univision’s website and app
-
Increased reach and promotion as votes are shared across all major social networks and the Univision App
Congrats to the all-star contestants and thank you to the fans casting millions of votes deciding this year’s champion!
